Consists of the probate records for Mr. and Mrs. Tyler's estates; a ledger (1879-1881) listing loans made, likely by Mr. Tyler; and biographical material on the Dwight and Tyler families. The R.S. Tyler Company land records include incorporation records, meeting minutes, and journal, ledger and mortgage volumes giving a good detailed account of the real estate business from 1920 to 1934. Mrs. Tyler's ledgers and journal document her personal investments and business affairs from 1910 to the close of her estate in 1944.
